I want to build a 64-bit executable using 32-bit LabVIEW. Is that possible?

Alternatively, can I build a 32-bit executable using 64-bit LabVIEW?

Solution

You cannot build a 64-bit exe using 32-bit LabVIEW. Only 32-bit exe can be built using a 32-bit version of LabVIEW. To build a 64-bit exe, you will need to use a 64-bit version of LabVIEW.

Also, you cannot build a 32-bit exe using 64-bit LabVIEW. You would have to use the 32-bit version of LabVIEW to build a 32-bit executable.
