Error -2147467259 after Upgrading to Calibration Executive 4.0

Issue Details

After upgrading to Calibration Executive 4.0, why do I get the following error message when I click Calibrate?

Error -10 occurred at Native error code -2147467259 0x80004005
Microsoft JET Database Engine:
Could not find file 'C:\Program Files\National Instruments\Calibration Executive\DataBases\Calibration Reports.mdb'


Calibration Executive 4.0 does not support direct upgrades from previous versions of Calibration Executive. For more information, refer to the Calibration Executive 4.0 Release Notes.

To fix this error, do one of the following:
  • Uninstall Calibration Executive, and then reinstall Calibration Executive 4.0.
  • Repair the Calibration Executive 4.0 installation.
Refer to Uninstall or Repair National Instruments Software or Drivers in Windows for instructions. 

Note that repairing the installation will take longer to complete than uninstalling and reinstalling.
