Issue Details

I recently upgrade from LabVIEW Full Development System to the LabVIEW Professional Development System, but the serial number I have can't activate the Professional Development System.


In most situations, when you upgrade LabVIEW software your old serial number is updated, allowing that old serial number to activate the new software that was purchased. In rare circumstances, NI will send out a new serial number for the upgraded software and cancel the old serial number that was used to activate the original software.

If you are sent a new serial number you will need to use this new number from now on to activate your upgraded software.

If you are still unable to activate your software and you were not sent a new serial number, please contact NI customer support.
