Issue Details

After I upgraded to TestStand 2016 Semiconductor Module, an error shows when I close the LabVIEW 2013 SP1 Operator Interface stating that it "Cannot Create the TestStand Engine".

Solution

Possible work around options are as follows:
  • Rebuild the Operator Interface based on TestStand 2014 Semiconductor Module SP1 (or later)
  • Stop the code attempting to use the TestStand Engine once it has been shut down by editing the Operator Interface code to move the call to Do Refresh Controls into the Timeout case of the event structure in the Main Event Loop.

Additional Information

The updated error detection code in TestStand is detecting and reporting an error in the existing TestStand Semiconductor Module Operator Interface. The code is attempting to shut down the TestStand Engine after it has already been shut down.
