Issue Details

I want my application to auto start-up on my RT hardware. It appears that the code stopped at the Open FPGA Reference.VI though anything wired in parallel would continue running. Now only a hardware reboot allows to reconnect to the FPGA.

What could be causing this?

The problem is likely to be caused by the start-up VI trying to access a reference to the FPGA before the BIOS has made connection with it. To prevent this, introduce a delay before using the Open FPGA Reference.VI.

Additional Information

It has been reported that the issue was potentially solved by moving the second FPGA card to a different slot in the chassis so each FPGA card uses a separate bus.
