Configure 9212 Module to Use High Speed Timing in LabVIEW

Issue Details

I have an NI 9212 module, and I noticed that it has high speed timing capabilities. It appears the default timing mode is High Resolution, but I would like to change this setting it to use High Speed timing instead. How do I configure the module to use that capability?
