Print and Export Menu Commands are Disabled in NI Multisim or NI Ultiboard

Issue Details

I want to print and export my circuit but the print and export commands in the File menu and the icon on the top toolbar are disabled. How can to fix this issue?

Solution

The print and export option is only available on activated versions of Multisim and Ultiboard. You are unable to print or export because you are running an evaluation version of the software.

To activate your software you have to have access to a valid serial number to generate an activation code. For further information on the specific process for software activation, refer to the License Setup and Activation.
