Tektronix RSA306 Spectral Analyzer 

Issue Details

LabVIEW does not recognize the RSA306 nor can I communicate with the device in NI MAX.  

Solution

The RSA306 requires specific GPIB emulation that is done through the native Tektronix software, SignalVu. In order to use this product with LabVIEW you must have SignalVu running before using LabVIEW and NI VISA. Detailed steps on how to use this device in LabVIEW can be found on the Tektronik Forums.
