Error 82501009 Battery Discharged Message in Denso Robot

Issue Details

The Battery Discharged Error message in Denso Robot.
What I should do? How can I know Battery lifecycle time. 
  • Error Description 
  • Error code : 82501009
  • Root cause : 85404676 (J6 encoder system down) due to batteries discharged in Robot.
  • Solution: The new batteries shall be replaced every 2 or 3 years by yourself.

Solution

The initial information of Denso robot were stored in internal Battery. 
The battery should be replaced every two years.
  • Turn on the Robot Controller(RC7 or RC8) in periodically. It can help to avoid dischaging time and extend battery life.
  • Once discharging issue happend, please contact to Micropross Help Desk or Local Denso Support.
  • How to check remained time
    1. Using Mini-pendant
    2. AUX --> Maintenance --> Battery
    3. User can see next replacement date.
              
 
  • NOTE: When the replacement day comes, Error 2103 "Time to change controller backup battery" (Level 1) appears periodically.
