Where Can I Find My Test Suite and MPMANAGER Logs?

Issue Details

I want to send my software logs to the support team and I don't know all the locations.

Solution

  • MPMANAGER 3.6.4 and later

 Click on  FILE menu then on GENERATE LOG FILES ARCHIVE.

 

 

  • MPMANAGER 3.6.3 and earlier

 

  • MPM Error log :

 
C:\ProgramData\Micropross\MPManager\<Version>
 

  • Test Suite error log:

C:\ProgramData\Micropross\MPManager\<Version>
 

  • MPComLog:

C:\Users\<User>\Documents\MPManager
 

  • Execution log:

On The execution Log, click on the Export Log Button. Then select where you want to save the .txt file.

  • Mplog :

 

  • Analog Trace files:

<Test Suite>\Test Suite Traces\<Session> (normally default)\Analog Captures\Test Cases (or Setups depending on issue)
 

  • Execution Traces:

<Test Suite>\Test Suite Traces\<Session> (normally default)\Analog Captures\Test Cases (or Setups depending on issue)
