Can't Install Software to myRIO via Wizard

Issue Details

I'm trying to install software to use my myRIO, but it's not allowing me to install software and gives the error: Ensure that the LabVIEW myRIO Toolkit is properly installed on your computer and try again.


Some of the possible reasons for this could be that the software is not present, or the software versions are not compatible in the Host PC and the myRIO device.

To solve this issue, we can start by installing LabVIEW myRIO Toolkit . If it is already installed, uninstall and reinstall the myRIO toolkit to fix any errors with it.

In case the error persists, follow the next steps:
  1. Open NI MAX > Select your device > Select Software > Click on Add/Remove Software:
  1. It will show you a window like the following:
  1. Select the Linux RT System Image that is compatible with the LabVIEW version installed.
  1. Click on Review Changes, it will show you a summary of the products that will be installed:
  1. Then you can follow the installation process which will take some minutes and finally you will be able to Launch the Getting Started Wizard and start working with LabVIEW:
