Issue Details

My company is moving from Windows 7 to Windows 10. I recently installed DIAdem on my computer with Windows 10. When I try to launch DIAdem, I'm getting the following Application Error:

Exception EAccessViolation in module GFSFILE.DLL at 00004748
Access violations at address 0C9F4748 in module 'GFSFILE.DLL'.
Read of Address 00000000.
 

Why is this happening?

Solution

Make sure that you are running the correct version of DIAdem compatible with your operating system. You can always review the Read me file to verify the compatibility of your version of DIAdem. If you are running Windows 10, you can verify the minimum version in this document National Instruments Product Compatibility for Microsoft Windows 10 .
