Issue Details

After generating a camera file, my image is only showing about half of the pixels that it should be displaying. The image appears as if you had applied an 'every other row' filter to it if you configured an interlacing tap pattern.

Solution

The reason for this is likely that your camera is sending bits per pixel lower than what you are expecting them to read. For example, if you are expecting 12 bits at a time, but your camera is only send 8 bits at a time, a full pixel could be formed (incorrectly), but the second pixel would be incomplete, so it would appear white or black. To fix this, simply ensure that you are sending and receiving equivalent number of bits per pixel.
