My GPIB-ENET Device Cannot be Added to the System

Issue Details

  • I tried the steps outlined in GPIB-ENET Interface Device Does Not Show Up in GPIB Wizard and I still can't add my device.
  • My device shows up in the GPIB Ethernet Wizard but I can't add it to my system.
  • I receive an error message saying "Interface configuration has been cancelled."
  • I receive the following error when trying to add my GPIB-ENET device:


Provide the IP address instead of letting the GPIB Ethernet Wizard automatically detect it.
If this does not work, try to connect GPIB ENET and your PC via switching HUB. Then the connection is established by DHCP.
