Can't Activate Multisim Live Premium with My Serial Number

Issue Details

I am trying to activate Multisim Live Premium with my Serial Number, but I get the error:

"Your account could not be upgraded. The provided serial number is expired"

Solution

Multisim Live Premium is accessible only if you meet one of the following conditions:
 

  • You have purchased the Premium upgrade.
  • You have an active Academic Volume License software subscription that includes Multisim.
  • You purchased a desktop Multisim software subscription.
  • You have some other type of valid service agreement, such as SSP, for Multisim.

Additional Information

You may also receive this error if you have already reached your available seats for multi-seat licenses, such as the academic site license, partner software or circuit design suite.
