Solution
Multisim Live Premium is accessible only if you meet one of the following conditions:
- You have purchased the Premium upgrade.
- You have an active Academic Volume License software subscription that includes Multisim.
- You purchased a desktop Multisim software subscription.
- You have some other type of valid service agreement, such as SSP.
If you are uncertain about whether your Multisim edition entitles you to Multisim Live Premium, post on our forums here asking for help and someone will reach out to you.
If you are having difficulty activating Multisim Live Premium, please submit a request to customerservice@ni.com.
