I want to communicate over K-Line with another device. Does National Instruments have any hardware that will allow me to do this?

Solution

No, National Instruments doesn't sell any hardware that can communicate over K-Line. GOEPEL Electronics offers some PCI/PXI solutions to communicate over K-Line.
