NI Package Manager Error When Installing Offline Package

Issue Details

I attempted to follow the Installing an NI Product Package on an Offline Machine tutorial on NI's website to create an offline package to install on a disconnected machine, but when I attempt to install the created package I see the following error:

When I building the offline package from a computer with internet access, I was sure to include all dependencies for the driver.  Why am I seeing this error?

Solution

This error shows that all dependencies were not included in the offline package.  This could be because of incompatibilities between the versions of NI Package Manager running on the offline machine and the machine used to create the package.  Ensure that both computers are using the most recent version of the NI Package Manager and you should not see this error.
