Error -1074001424 When Trying to Calibrate a PXIe-4353 with Fluke 5522A and Calibration Executive

Issue Details

I was trying to calibrate the PXIe-4353 with the Calibration Executive with Fluke 5522A, when the following error message appear :

Error -1074001424 occurred at Error -1074001424 occurred at cex_FL5XMCal_ConfigCalibratorOutputAndWait.vi
 
Possible reason(s):
 
Output current lim exceeded
 
This error code is undefined. Undefined errors might occur for a number of reasons. For example, no one has provided a description for the code, or you might have wired a number that is not an error code to the error code input. 
 
Additionally, undefined error codes might occur because the error relates to a third-party object, such as the operating system or ActiveX. For these third-party errors, you might be able to obtain a description of the error by searching the Web for the error code (-1074001424) or for its hexadecimal representation (0xBFFC09F0).
 

How can I fix it?
 
 

 

 

Solution

This problem is related to wrong settings in the Flux 5522A.

To correct this issue :
  1. Press INST SETUP > OUTPUT SETUP > SET LIMITS
  2. Display or Change Entry Limits > Voltage or Current
  3. Change both UPPER LIMIT and LOWER LIMIT(must be "-") for application.
  4. Press PREVE MENU *3 times*
  5. Press softkey under STORE CHANGES
