How to Calculate Accuracy of Resistance Measurement with SMU Board

Issue Details

I need to do a local sense resistance measurement with a SMU board like PXIe-4139 or PXIe-4137. I need to calculate the accuracy of the measurement.

How can I do it?


Accuracy is related to Coefficient of variation (CV). It is measure of dispersion of a probability distribution or frequency distribution.
It is often expressed as a percentage, and is defined as the ratio of the standard deviation \ \sigma to the mean \ \mu

It is very easy to calculate using the Standard Deviation and after the record of different samples, as it is possible to see from the snippet below

According to ISO 5725-1 Accuracy consists of trueness (proximity of measurement results to the true value) and precision (repeatability or reproducibility of the measurement).
