I want to change the name of my device in NI MAX. Does the new name also appear in LabVIEW?

Solution

Yes. When you change the name of the hardware attached to your PC, the new name you have given to the device will also appear in LabVIEW when you search for the device or the physical channels in your device inputs and outputs.
