Issue Details

What software do I need to have installed on my computer to be able to change the programming mode of modules in my cRIO-904x chassis between Real-Time (NI-DAQmx), Real-Time Scan (IO Variables), and LabVIEW FPGA?

Solution

In order to change the programming mode of the modules in your CompactRIO with NI-DAQmx (cRIO-904x series), the only software you need to have installed is NI CompactRIO Device Drivers 17.6 or later

Once you have the CompactRIO Driver install, you can follow the steps in the CompactRIO Controller with DAQmx Getting Started Guide to change the programming mode.
