Missing Some Vision Utilities Subpalettes in LabVIEW

Issue Details

I'm looking under my Vision and Motion Palette>> Vision Utilities and seem to be missing the following palettes:

  • Calibration
  • Region of Interest
  • Image Manipulation
  • FPGA Utilities

Solution

The missing palettes are components of the Vision Development Module (VDM). 

This issue can be fixed by Installing the newest compatible version of Vision Development Module.

  1. Install the newest compatible version of NI Vision Development Module.
  2. Verify that the missing palettes are restored under Vision and Motion>>Vision Utilities.

Note: You need a valid license to use Vision Development Module.

Additional Information

If the newest compatible version of Vision Development Module is already installed.

This would indicate that the initial installation was corrupted. This can be fixed by force reinstalling the software.
