I Didn't Receive My Third Party License ID or Password.

Issue Details

I purchased a third party add-on license from National Instruments, but did not receive a license ID or password needed to activate my add-on.


The license ID and password should have been emailed to you, if you did not receive this email there may be a few reasons:
  1. The email may have been caught in a spam filter.  Check that your email provider did not prevent the email arriving.
  2. The email may have been sent to the wrong email address.  Confirm that the account you used to order the software has the right email contact information, or that the email was not sent to another person in your organization.
  3. If the email was not caught in a spam filter, and was sent to the right address, contact National Instruments Support with the following information:
    • Order Number from the Purchase Order
    • Part Number or Product Name
    • Contact Information (e-mail address, phone number, etc)
