Cannot Transmit Data with NI-9870 or NI-9871

Issue Details

I have the NI-9870 or NI-9871 and am programming in Scan Mode. I am running a simple serial application but cannot transmit data, although I do not receive errors. How can I fix this?

Solution

If you have already discovered and configured the NI 987x module in scan mode properly, ensure that you have set the correct wire mode.

To configure the wire mode in LabVIEW Real-Time, use the property node Wire Mode.
