500 InternalServerError when Opening System Log Viewer in WIF with cRIO

Issue Details

I am using the CompactRIO-9063. When I open the Web Interface and click on the System Log Viewer, I get the following error:
 

How can I resolve this?

Solution

This issue can be resolved by upgrading to CompactRIO 18.1 or later .
