Solution
NI Software serial numbers are generated when the product is shipped. Depending on your order, it may take a few days for this to occur. You should receive an email with the serial number as soon as it is available.
In the meantime, you should be able to
download and run LabVIEW or other NI software in evaluation mode until the serial number is available. If the standard evaluation period is approaching its end, you can
extend your evaluation period.
If your serial number was not sent when your order shipped or if you no longer have access to an extended evaluation, please
contact NI Support.
