SignalExpress Data Disappears Intermittently

Issue Details

When recording data in SignalExpress, the data sometimes disappears from the graph. When I try to export the data, I receive the following error. However, right-clicking the log does not give the "Make log viewable" option.


Ensure that you are exporting your log to a local location rather than a network location, as a network location could result in a connectivity issue that causes this behavior.

Modify the default storage directory in the logging page options by selecting Tools > Options to display the Options dialog box, then select Logging from the Category list. Change the default storage directory to be local to your host computer.
