Issue Details

I have an Altera FPGA that I would like to use with the LabVIEW FPGA Module. Is this possible?

Solution

Unfortunately, the LabVIEW FPGA Module is only able to compile code for Xilinx FPGAs. You will need to use Altera's compiler to compile code for Altera FPGAs.

While you cannot use the LabVIEW FPGA Module to compile code for Altera FPGAs, there is an alternative approach for using LabVIEW to control Altera scripting with the System Exec VI. Refer to the forum post in the Related Links section for more information on this process.
