LabVIEW Asks for Activation but Appears as Licensed on NI License Manager

Issue Details

My group recently upgraded to LabVIEW 2017 via a Volume License Agreement. All our clients are upgraded, and the Volume License Manager is setup but when we open LabVIEW, it launches the Activation Wizard, even when the software appears as Licensed on NI License Manager.


This behavior can be caused because all the licenses are in use and there are no more available. The client that is experiencing this behavior should wait until other user releases a license. Refer to your company's Software Administrator for more information.
