Calibration and Self-Cal Procedure for USB-600x Devices

Issue Details

I have an NI USB-600x DAQ device and I would like to either calibrate it myself or send it in to NI for calibration. Is there a calibration manual or calibration service offered by NI for these devices?
 

Solution

The NI USB-600x devices do not have the ability to be calibrated by an end user through an external calibration procedure. The devices are configured and tested during manufacturing, but they cannot be calibrated by end-users (even with Calibration Executive) and NI does not offer calibration services for these devices. 

Additional Information

The NI USB-600x devices do not support self-calibration in NI MAX either. The self-calibration button in MAX will either be grayed out or missing depending on software version.
