Issue Details

What does the Assert REN when SC Option in the GPIB Controller configuration pane in MAX do?

Solution

Assert REN when SC means that when the ibic command ibsic is used to set the GPIB Controller Card as the System Controller, the "Remote Enable Line" is also asserted.

Additional Information

Sending other GPIB commands like ibrd and ibwrt should not change the state of the REN line.
