Issue Details

I need to install a driver for NI hardware, because:
  • I have recently purchased a USB, cDAQ, PCI, or PXI device from National Instruments and am currently setting it up.
  • My device does not show up as connected to my computer.

Solution

All National Instruments DAQ devices require the NI-DAQmx driver, which can be found online at NI-DAQmx
NI recommends downloading the latest NI-DAQmx driver that is compatible with your operating system, software, and hardware. Drivers must also be downloaded following the correct installation order to function properly.
