The NI myRIO User Guide and Specifications document references myRIO software documentation. What is this documentation and where can I find it? 

 

Solution

The following documents contain information that you may find helpful as you use the NI myRIO and the NI myRIO Toolkit:

  • LabVIEW myRIO Toolkit Readme: Use this file to obtain introductory information about the LabVIEW myRIO Toolkit, such as the product overview, system requirements, installation instructions, and known issues. Access this readme by navigating to the labview\readme directory and opening readme_myRIO.html.
  • Getting Started with myRIO Programming—Use these tutorials to learn about creating your first myRIO application and configuring a wireless network on the myRIO. To access these tutorials, launch LabVIEW, click the Set Up and Explorelink in LabVIEW, and select Access Getting Started Tutorials.
  • LabVIEW Help: Use this resource to access help for multiple LabVIEW features. The Toolkits sections contains information about the myRIO Toolkit and documentation on how to configure the hardware.
