Error -44455 Occurs with Noise Floor Measurement and Compensation for WLAN

Issue Details

I would like to do noise compensation to lower the EVM noise floor of WLAN 11ax.
Currently, I am modifying the LabVIEW example: niWLAN Generate and Analyze 802.11 OFDM Waveform (Single RFSG and RFSA with Shared LO).vi.
I get error -44455 at niWLAN SA NoiseCal Database.vi.

How can I prevent this error from occurring?
 

 

Solution

Modify the reference level step size to correspond to the reference level in the noise cal data file.
The reference level step size must be 0.5 dB. 

This error is thrown when the coerced reference level  does not correspond to the reference level at a certain center frequency in the noise cal data file.

 

Additional Information

For instance, consider that the noise cal file has data corresponding to -1.5dBm at center freq 5.21G, and during EVM Measurement, the user is trying to query noise floor data with a reference level of -1.564dBm.
If noise compensation is enabled, the reference levels will be coerced to the nearest 0.5dB (then the modified reference level would become -1.5dB), but if user overwrites the reference level (-1.564dBm) , the noise floor data is not found and the error is thrown.
