Self-paced Online Training Not Working Correctly

Issue Details

I'm having issues viewing the self-paced online training from the National Instruments. I can sign in and access the courses but the audio/video doesn't seem to be working properly. How can I fix this?

Solution

1. Ensure you are running Windows XP or higher, or Mac OS.
2. View the courses on Internet Explor 7.0/8.0, Firefox 3.6, or Chrome 4.
3. Update your Adobe Flash Player and ensure you have proper ActiveX permissions to run it.
4. Read through the technical requirements for online training in part 12 of the Online Training FAQs to ensure your all other requirements are being met by your machine.
