Solution
National Instruments offers cameras manufactured by Basler Technologies. The following software is necessary to set up and use your Basler camera with LabVIEW and National Instruments Vision software:
- NI LabVIEW Development System
- NI Vision Development Module (NI VDM)
- NI Vision Acquisition Software (NI VAS)
- NI Vision Builder for Automated Inspection (NI VBAI) - Optional

Note: Using incompatible versions may result in errors, missing LabVIEW palettes or functions, or devices and tasks failing to show up in NI Measurement & Automation Explorer (MAX). Refer to additional links to ensure you install the correct or compatible version when upgrading or updating your system or software.
