Issue Details

I connected a monitor and a mouse to a cRIO-903x controller using the USB Host Ports. I accidentally disabled the USB Host Ports of a cRIO controller in the Configuration Options that appeared on the bottom side of the screen. Now, I cannot move the mouse pointer and select to re-enable the USB Host Ports.

Solution

You can format the disk of the cRIO Controller to re-enable the USB Host Ports.

Additional Information

You will lose all programs and configuration data on your controller when you format the disk. Make sure you have a backup copy of any files you may need from your controller, and make a note of your IP configuration.  There is no need to back up any of the driver or run-time files as they will be reinstalled after the format.
