Lines in an image can be caused by a number of factors and listed below are a few potential solutions.

Make sure you have the most recent version of the Vision Acquisition Software compatible with your version of LabVIEW.
Be sure that your cable is in good condition, as this type of behavior can be seen in a damaged cable. You should use a CAT5 Ethernet Cable or higher.
Enable the High Performance Driver in your system.
Try a P2P network setup, so each GigE Vision Camera is directly connected to the computer.
Lower the DesiredPeakBandwidth to a lower value if you connect multiple cameras to the same network via a switch.
If you use the Snap functionality to get pictures from multiple cameras, try to add a delay between the Snap calls for different cameras.
This type of image problem can be due to packet loss. Check the settings described in Point 3 of Troubleshooting GigE Vision Cameras . You may also wish to make sure packet resends are enabled as shown in the picture below:
