I am getting the following error "Fatal Error!! Required NIPathsDir property MAXAFWDIR is undefined." when I tried to install a National INstrument software.
Why do I receive this error and how can I fix it?
Also you can choose to edit a registry location directly from windows. The key value can be found at :
NOTE: Editing the registry carries inherent risks. Make sure you are familiar with the registry before editing the registry, manually or programmatically. It is highly recommended to create a backup of the registry before modifying it.If assigning the paths manually does not solve the problem, You will need to create a temporary User Account in windows and run the installer from there.
