I have a CVS I/O Accessory connector block wich gives me direct acces to the 44 DSUB pins on the NI Compact Vision System. Is this connector board also compatible with the IC-317x series Industrial Controllers?

Yes, the pinout of the CVS devices and the 317X series Industrial Computers are identical, thus you can use the CVS I/O Accessory connector block to acces the 44pin DSUB connector of the Industrial Controllers. The Pinout of the CVS I/O Accessory will also represent the correct pins.
