As of January, 2017, NI has moved to a digital delivery mechanism for installation media. All customers with a current
Standard Service Program (SSP) contract for software benefits are encouraged to download the software that they need from
www.ni.com/downloads.
As of May 2021, NI will be moving to a digital delivery first experience for our driver software. This means that we will no longer ship physical media with our hardware kits. Physical media will still be available upon request. All customers are encouraged to download the drivers they need from the
NI Driver Download Page.
If you prefer to receive physical installation media for your software or drivers and have a current SSP contract, you can request it at no cost.
- If you have a single seat license or require driver media, you can contact orders@ni.com to order the media.
- If you are the software admin of a Volume License Agreement, you can contact agreements@ni.com.
- If you are the software admin of an Enterprise Agreement, you can contact ea.support@ni.com.
Note: Be prepared to provide the part number or serial number for your software/hardware package.
