Why is My NI 9237 Calibration Failing?

Issue Details

I am using Calibration Executive to calibrate an NI 9237 module, and the Verify Analog Input test is failing. Why is this?

Solution

If you have multiple channels on the 9237 module connected to test fixtures, this prevents the module from providing enough power to reach the proper excitation levels. Your test will then fail, because the test value and measured values will be off. Only connect one channel at a time to any test fixturing to properly run the calibration procedure.
