Solution

There is no support for LabWindows/CVI on Linux desktop distributions, or NI LInux Real Time.

LabWindows/CVI 2013 was the last version to provide run-time support on Linux desktop distributions. As per NIs Software Product Lifecycle Policies, support for LabWindows/CVI ended in 2018.
