The controller caught in the Boot Loop is a reflection of a software error. A re-installation of the operating system or restoring to default factory conditions will solve the problem.

Follow the below steps to extract any important data present in the controller before formatting -
Boot the controller's operating system into safe mode to check if the controller can access the data and avoid the boot loop.
Connect the hard-disk of the controller to another PC via the SATA cable to access the important data files and back it up.
