Invalid Usename and Password Combination Error When Logging In to My NI LabVIEW FPGA Compile Cloud Account

Issue Details

• I have previously used the NI LabVIEW FPGA Compile Cloud Service but when I tried to login to my account now, with the same username and password, I get this error message: Invalid Usename and Password Combination
• Or, I have successfully created my FPGA Compile Cloud Account and able to log in into LabVIEW FPGA Compile Cloud Portal. When I am setting the username and the password in the Configure Cloud Service Dialog in LabVIEW I get the following error:

Solution

• In December 2021 an issue occurred which lead to some users needing to reregister (the same username and password can be used as previous) their account here: Create New Account-LabVIEW FPGA Compile Cloud Portal. Once the account is recreated/registered, try logging in. 
• Try to reset the password and log in again.
• This message can appear if you've mistyped your username or password. Try re-entering them and clicking Ok. Pay careful attention to the capitalization.
• You may also see this message if your password is 5 characters or fewer in length. FPGA Cloud Compile requires your password to be at least 6 characters long.
