Issue Details

I have a DAQ card or module, and I would like to test it to make sure that it is fully functional and within its specification limits. How can I do this quickly?

Solution

NI MAX has a functionality that is included with the NI-DAQmx driver  called Test Panels , which allows the user to initiate basic signal input or output with minimal set up. Use this with an oscilloscope or DMM for output testing or a function generator with a known signal output for input testing.

Additional Information

Make sure that your DAQmx driver is compatible with your operating system and LabVIEW version.
