VirtualBench Device Not Found After Updating Driver

Issue Details

My VirtualBench 8012 had been working properly. I recently moved to a new PC and updated the NI-VirtualBench driver. Now my VirtualBench gives me a "Device Not Found" error on both computers.

Solution

Press and hold the Reset Button for 5 seconds to reboot the device into factory default mode. The button can be found on the back panel of the VB-8012 near the USB port. Refer to VB-8012 DC Power Supply Connections and LEDs in the documentation for a diagram of the back panel connections.
