Issue Details

I have a Digital Data Acquisition(DAQ) hardware which is stuck at are particular digital value during booting. How can I vary this?

Solution

1. Power-Up State

The power up states of the digital lines can be configured for each of the data acquisition hardware. Refer to the knowledge What is Digital Output Line Power Up State and How to Set Them to configure the power-up state of the digital lines.

2. Physical Connection

  • Check for shorts between supply or ground to each of the digital pins using a connectivity test. Also check for shorts between different lines.
  • Change chassis slots, replace the cables, terminals or breakout boards to check if the issue persists.
