Can I Rotate a LabVIEW Front Panel Indicator?

Issue Details

I would like to rotate a string or numeric indicator 90 degrees on my front panel. Can this be achieved?

Solution

Within LabVIEW you are only able to set the vertical alignment of a label, caption, or free label. See error 1453 in General LabVIEW Error Codes. 

There are possible workarounds, depending on what your coding goals are. Refer to the example in the Related Links section for one option.
